Landrum Performance Spring Return Policy

Landrum Performance Spring will accept returns of new products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be new and in their original packaging
  • The original invoice must be provided
  • Products must not have been installed, tampered with, or modified in any way
  • All Returned product must have a RMA number.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products older than 30 days from the invoice date
  • Any product that has been installed, scratched, or modified
  • Products not purchased directly from Landrum Performance Spring
  • Products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor (please contact the seller listed on your original invoice for their return policy)
  • Discontinued or sale items

Shipping Costs:

  • Landrum will not cover return shipping fees unless the product is confirmed to be warrantable
  • Any refused packages will be charged the return shipping cost back to Landrum
  • Any address correction fees will be charged to the purchaser

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returned items
  • Warranty claims are exempt from restocking fees
