Returned merchandise cannot be scratched, used or dirty. It must be in new, unused, and sellable condition. All return merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Landrum Performance Springs before merchandise can be returned. RMA requests can be sent to [email protected], or made by phone at 866-703-3154.
Upon approval, Landrum Performance Springs will issue an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days following issue of the RMA. RMA numbers must be displayed on the shipping container. Any merchandise received after 30 days are not eligible for return.

Unless previously agreed upon with Landrum Performance Springs, an item returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred.
Replacement merchandise is shipped upon receipt of your return item. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the return. It is recommended that you retain any tracking number for your return package. All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing.
Refunds for unused merchandise is for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
Landrum Performance Springs is not responsible if your delivery is not received due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided to you via email automatically once your order ships. Tracking information is also available by telephone by calling 866-703-3154 during our normal business hours. We do not require a signature upon delivery and thus must insist that you ship your orders to a secure and safe destination.
If a package is deemed undeliverable or refused and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping fees and an additional 20% restocking fee.
