Landrum Performance Spring will accept returns of new products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
Return Requirements:
- Products must be new and in their original packaging
- The original invoice must be provided
- Products must not have been installed, tampered with, or modified in any way
- All Returned product must have a RMA number.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products older than 30 days from the invoice date
- Any product that has been installed, scratched, or modified
- Products not purchased directly from Landrum Performance Spring
- Products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor (please contact the seller listed on your original invoice for their return policy)
- Discontinued or sale items
Shipping Costs:
- Landrum will not cover return shipping fees unless the product is confirmed to be warrantable
- Any refused packages will be charged the return shipping cost back to Landrum
- Any address correction fees will be charged to the purchaser
Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returned items
- Warranty claims are exempt from restocking fees
